Key Responsibilities
- Own the direct booking product suite — booking engine, hotel website, SEO, loyalty integrations, and payment integrations — with end-to-end accountability for guest experience and booking conversion on the direct channel.
- Drive the full booking journey from search and availability through room selection, checkout, and confirmation; identify funnel drop-offs and run targeted experiments to improve conversion at each stage.
- Define and productize the hotel website — content structure, page performance, and UX — and own SEO strategy in collaboration with marketing and engineering to grow organic direct traffic for partner hotels.
- Own loyalty integrations with geographically key programme partners across APMEA and EU, ensuring a compelling direct-channel value proposition for repeat guests.
- Own the payments and checkout stack across APMEA and EU markets — PSPs, gateways, partial pre-pay, and loyalty redemption; drive checkout conversion and reduce payment failures.
- Build and ship AI-powered guest engagement — conversational voice and chat agents — to automate pre-booking queries, assist guests through the booking funnel, and improve assisted conversion.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, sales, customer success, and hotel partners to ship high-quality product on time; communicate roadmap and performance to leadership and client stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of product management experience, with hands-on ownership of a transactional or booking product end-to-end.
- Technical fluency — comfortable reading API docs, system workflows, and integration specs; a credible partner to engineering without being a bottleneck.
- Strong analytical skills — funnel analytics and A/B testing; you make decisions from data, not intuition alone.
- First-principles thinking — you question inherited assumptions, frame problems from scratch, and push back on how it's always been done.
- AI-native mindset — you understand how to build with LLMs and conversational agents, and have a clear point of view on where AI creates durable product differentiation.
- Experience working across engineering, business, sales, and ops — strong stakeholder management at all levels.
- Understanding of hotel distribution, OTA dynamics, and direct channel strategy is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, payment rails, and loyalty programme mechanics is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence without authority across functions and geographies.
