Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and commercially oriented professional to join

the Media Monetisation team. The role involves analysing media monetisation

performance, deriving actionable insights from platform and revenue data, managing

brand relationships, and driving improvements across key advertising and

monetisation metrics.

The candidate will work closely with brands and multiple internal stakeholders to

understand business requirements, identify performance opportunities, monitor

budgets and spends, and provide strategic recommendations to improve media

effectiveness and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Media Monetisation & Data Analysis

Monitor & analyse key performance metrics including impressions, CPC,

revenue, ad-attributed revenue, spend, and ROI-related indicators.

Track and evaluate revenue generated through various media channels on

the platform.

Identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and performance drivers across brands,

categories, and media channels.

Develop actionable insights to improve monetisation, media efficiency, and

overall business performance.

  • Brand Management & Strategic Engagement

Act as a key point of contact for brands regarding their media strategies,

planning, performance and execution.

Understand brand objectives and provide data-backed recommendations to

improve media outcomes.

Address queries and concerns raised by brands and coordinate with relevant

internal teams for resolution.

Support brands in developing and refining future media plans based on

historical performance, trends, and platform insights.

  • Budget & Spend Monitoring

Conduct daily pacing and performance checks across brand budgets and

spends.

Proactively highlight any deviation, and potential budget risks to relevant

stakeholders and maximise monetisation opportunities.

  • Stakeholder Management & Reporting

Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive media

monetisation objectives.

Prepare and share regular performance reports, dashboards, and business

insights.

Communicate key findings, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions

clearly to stakeholders.

Work cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Account Management,

Category, Finance, Operations, and other relevant teams.

Ensure effective follow-up and closure of action items arising from

performance reviews and stakeholder discussions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data

into actionable business insights.

Good understanding of digital funnel, media monetisation, and

performance marketing metrics.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple brands, categories, priorities, and stakeholders

simultaneously.

Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and media efficiency.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
