Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Wallet Strategy and Emerging Payment Solutions initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in payment systems and a proven track record of building customer-facing workflows that drive user engagement and business growth.
Responsibilities We Entrust You With
- Define and execute product strategy for digital wallet solutions and emerging payment technologies. Lead end-to-end product development for customer facing payment workflows and experiences
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver innovative payment solutions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in the payments landscape
- Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage product backlogs
- Work closely with compliance and risk teams to ensure regulatory adherence
- Analyze user behavior and payment data to drive product improvements and optimization
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to align wallet strategy with business objectives
- Monitor industry trends in digital wallets, cryptocurrencies, and emerging payment methods
Relevant Work Experience
- 7-10 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, banks or payments companies
- Strong expertise in payment systems, including payment gateways, processors, and settlement mechanisms
- Proven experience building customer-facing workflows with focus on user experience and conversion
- Deep understanding of digital wallet technologies and emerging payment solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data for product decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field
- Experience with mobile payment solutions, contactless payments, or cryptocurrency
- Knowledge of payment security standards (PCI DSS, tokenization, encryption)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in scaling payment products in high-growth environments
- Understanding of international payment systems and cross-border transactions
