**About the Role**
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll lead a cross-functional squad focused on enhancing operations and the post-flight booking experience at TripJack. Reporting to the Principal product manager, you'll drive process automation initiatives to boost efficiency, reduce friction for agents, and elevate agent satisfaction. Your work will transform how we handle post-booking interactionssuch as changes, refunds, and supportmaking them intuitive and proactive. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and customer care teams to identify pain points, iterate on solutions, and deliver measurable impact in a fast-paced, travel-tech environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead insight generation through data analysis, user feedback, and stakeholder interviews to uncover opportunities in post-flight operations and automation.
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, prioritizing features that automate workflows (e.g., AI-driven refunds, real-time notifications) while maintaining a delightful traveler experience.
- Partner with UX designers to craft simple, coherent interfaces for both internal ops tools and customer-facing post-booking flows.
- Oversee execution: Break down complex projects into iterative milestones, test hypotheses, and launch features that drive 10x productivity gains for ops teams.
- Mentor junior PMs, foster a high-performing squad culture, and evangelize best practices in agile product development.
- Monitor KPIs like resolution time, customer NPS, and automation adoption to validate impact and iterate rapidly.
