Job Description

Job Role: Software Product Leadership (eCommerce - Storefront & Analytics)

You should apply if you have:

6-10 years of experience working as a Sr. Product Manager or above, ideally have worked previously with Consumer-Facing, Large-Scale eCommerce business.

Have worked on or know at least 50% of the storefront and pre purchase eCommerce infrastructure modules listed below:

  1. Affiliate Management Systems
  2. Coupon Management System
  3. Loyalty Programme
  4. Referral Programme
  5. MarTech integrations
  6. ECommerce Product Analytics
  7. Homepage to Checkout conversion journey
  8. Gamification & Engagement
  9. Product search & discovery
  10. Payment gateway integration

Are a fast learner and comfortable teaching yourself new skills and can thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment.

Are Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to understand what's happening and define & measure success on every project.

Comfortable in operating independently and working in unstructured situations.

You're fluent in English / Hindi and are a confident communicator.

You know how to work with agile product development teams.

What You will do:

  1. Define and drive product vision and strategy across all platforms (Web, Mobile, API) in line with company goals.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals and execution.
  3. Own the product portfolio, optimizing for customer value and business KPIs.
  4. Identify market trends, technologies, and opportunities to shape product strategy.
  5. Develop and oversee product roadmaps, balancing short-term and long-term priorities.
  6. Collaborate with senior leadership to align product strategies with business objectives.
  7. Establish a data-driven approach to decision-making, tracking key metrics and KPIs.
  8. Lead user research initiatives to gather insights and validate product hypotheses.
  9. Analyze customer feedback to drive product prioritization and improvements.
  10. Mentor and manage product managers, fostering growth and high performance.
  11. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Support for successful product launches.
  12. Define product messaging and go-to-market strategies for impactful launches.
  13. Represent product teams to executives, reporting on progress and outcomes.
  14. Define and monitor business KPIs to drive growth, revenue, and profitability.
  15. Identify new market opportunities and refine product strategies for growth.

Work Experience: 6-10 years

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Location: Golf Course Road, Gurugram, Haryana (Work from Office)
