- Define and execute the product roadmap for Life Insurance products and digital solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including actuarial, underwriting, claims, sales, and IT, to deliver high-impact product enhancements.
- Gather and analyse business and functional requirements to create detailed BRDs and FRDs.
- Work closely with technology teams to enhance and integrate Life Asia core systems for improved efficiency.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and regulatory assessments to drive innovation in life insurance offerings.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and post-launch improvements.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and other industry standards.
- Monitor key product performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 6+ years in the Life Insurance domain.
- Strong experience in creating and managing BRDs and FRDs for insurance product development.
- Hands-on experience with Life Asia or other core life insurance platforms.
- Expertise in digital transformation, policy administration systems, and customer journey optimization.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
