Senior Product Manager

We have an opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to join our Products team, reporting to our Director, Product Management, based in North America. In this role, you will set strategy, define roadmap, and ensure successful delivery of Infoblox DDI solutions. This comes with a focus on the management of public cloud DNS, DHCP and IPAM (DDI) management through the SaaS-based product, Universal DDI (UDDI). You will conduct market research; interact with customers, the sales teams, and partners; prioritize use cases; define requirements to Engineering; and enable cross-functional teams for go-to-market (GTM) activities. This role providesthe unique opportunity to not just doing something great, but something extraordinary, as you will be influencing the future of network services management by building on the strategy of the industry's only SaaS based Enterprise DDI solution.

In this exciting and rapidly evolving area of SaaS and hybrid multi-cloud, you will be instrumental in introducing networking services solutions that will shape the market and the company direction. You'llbe in the unique position of using technical and social skills while meeting with customers and working with a wide range of company functional groups as you translate problems into solutions. The Infoblox product management team is a fun, helpful, bright, creative group respected in the industry and relied on heavily for direction and strategy.

Be a Contributor — What You'llDo

  • Define and execute roadmap and life cycle of enabling customers to manage DDI of their public cloud infrastructure.
  • Define and execute roadmap and life cycle of managing 3 rd party DNS and IPAM Services.
  • Develop subject matter expertisein the area ofpublic cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP,and more) as they relate to network services (DNS, DHCP, IPAM,and more)
  • Work closely with engineering to gain roadmap commitment, ensure margin objectivesare met and provide a loved user experience
  • Develop GTM plans and deliverables, such as customer/partner NDA presentations, technology overviews, sales training, FAQs, and white papers, aimed at gaining market share and hitting revenue targets; and then work with relevant teams to execute the plans
  • Drive market analysis, product strategy and definition, competitive analysis, partner interactionand customer management associated with our products
  • Develop business cases for new concepts, such as opportunity size, financial impact, market share, cost of sales, and profitability expectations
  • Participate, contributeand representUDDIin Customer Programs such as Early Access Program (EAP), Customer Advisory Board (CAB), and Technical Advisory Board (TAB)
  • Represent the UDDI Product Management team in discussions with customers in APJ.

Be Prepared — What You Bring

  • 10+ years of related experience and a strong customer-facing background
  • Experience with SaaS managed solutions
  • Familiarity of network service protocols (DNS, DHCP, SSH/SCP, REST, syslog, DNSTAP)
  • Familiarity with the network deployment and management of Cloud Services, such as Azure, AWS and Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with the major orchestration players in the field of Data Centerautomation (Ansible, Terraform, ServiceNow)
  • Ability to capture and articulate customer problems and translate those into product strategy and requirements
  • Ability to lead internal cross-functional teams to successfully deliver features
  • Demonstrated success in managing relationships with partners, customers, and salesteams, particularly in difficult or challenging situations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong passion to take ownership of the fullproductexperience
  • Drive to design and build something new, innovative, and disruptive
  • Deliverproductinitiatives while exemplifying our company values

  • Influence the roadmap for Universal DDI Cloud Management
  • Develop and maintaina deep understanding of the company'sproducts, their features,and functionalities
  • Participate in a user-centric design process.
  • Participate in the agile process driving requirements, planning, and execution.
  • Be on point for Universal DDI product discussions with customers in APJ.
  • Lead sales presentations and overviews on Infoblox UDDI products

One Year:

  • Influence the direction of Universal DDI Cloud Managementroadmap for the entire Infoblox product line
  • Have the experience to define SaaS specific features related to continuous delivery, instrumentation to collect and report on customer usage, and AI/ML
