WE ARE HIRING | Sr. PRODUCT MANAGER / GROUP PRODUCT MANAGER

Location: Nacharam, Hyderabad (Head Office)

We are looking for experienced Pharmaceutical Product Management professionals with a background in CNS or Critical Care for the following positions:

Open Positions & CTC:

• Senior Product Manager (Sr. PM): 10–12 LPA
• Group Product Manager (GPM): 13–15 LPA

Experience: Minimum 5–6 years in Pharmaceutical Product Management (PMT).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies and annual marketing plans.
• Manage product portfolios, brand positioning and lifecycle strategies.
• Drive new product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and business reviews.
• Develop scientific promotional materials and conduct field-force training.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth and market penetration.
• Monitor brand performance, sales trends and marketing effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant PMT experience.
• CNS or Critical Care therapy experience is acceptable.
• Strong experience in product launches, brand strategy and pharmaceutical marketing.
• Science Graduate; postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work from Hyderabad HO.

• Reporting to: Marketing Head
• GPM role: Individual Contributor
• Product-linked incentives available
• Working days: 6 days/week (2nd and 4th Saturdays off)
