Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for a commerce workflow or platform capability; define outcomes, milestones, and measurable success metrics.
- Identify where AI meaningfully improves customer and business outcomes (and where deterministic solutions are better) considering cost, reliability, latency, security, and compliance.
- Lead product discovery: customer interviews, problem framing, rapid prototyping, and validation; translate learnings into prioritized requirements.
- Write crisp PRDs and user stories for AI-assisted experiences (e.g., guided purchase, renewal assistance, proactive optimization), including guardrails, fallbacks, and evaluation criteria.
- Partner with engineering, design, finance, operations, and go-to-market teams to deliver end-to-end experiences from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Use generative AI tools to accelerate PM work (analysis, synthesis, documentation, communication) and model best practices for secure and responsible usage.
- Communicate product narrative and trade-offs clearly to executives and stakeholders; influence without authority across complex organizations.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software product & program management experience, including at least 3 years or equivalent experience in building enterprise grade B2B products and services.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience and MBA from premium institute is preferred.
- Ownership, drive, and entrepreneurial mindset to build trust with internal and externals stakeholders.
- Experience in enterprise commerce, billing, subscription management, or related domains
- Strong collaboration skills to impact/influence engineering and cross functional teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Builds upon a strong team ethos and embodies company and division values, cultivating a culture based in diversity, inclusion, growth mindset, and customer obsession.
- Passion for customer satisfaction and launching high-quality products leveraging technology, data and AI.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on use of generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot/ChatGPT/Gemini or equivalents) to improve productivity and quality of PM outputs (docs, analysis, planning, comms).
- Working knowledge of LLM capabilities and limitations, prompt patterns, grounding/verification, and basic evaluation concepts (quality, safety, latency, cost).
- Experience shaping or launching AI-assisted features (even if you did not build models) such as summarization, search assistance, recommendations, copilots, or workflow automation.
- Responsible AI mindset: understanding of privacy boundaries, security, transparency, bias risks, and human-in-the-loop design.
- Experience in enterprise commerce, billing, subscription management, pricing/licensing, or adjacent domains.
