Role Description

The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Metaforms Agentic OS, shaping how market research teams integrate AI into their delivery operations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves close collaboration with engineering, design, data science, and customer-facing teams to prioritize features, refine workflows, and ensure product-market fit.

Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and synthesizing user insights, converting them into clear product requirements, managing backlogs, running discovery and validation experiments, and tracking product performance against defined metrics. The Senior Product Manager will also coordinate launches, support go-to-market efforts, and iterate on the product based on customer feedback and usage data, ensuring the platform remains dependable for production-scale research work.

Qualifications

• Product management skills: experience owning product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle, translating user needs into requirements, and working with cross-functional teams.
• Market research and analytics skills: familiarity with survey programming platforms (e.g., Decipher, Confirmit, Qualtrics, Dimensions), research workflows, and delivery operations. If you do not have familiarity, willingness to learn, adapt and quickly emulate the user journey of end-users is critical to success in this role.
• Technical and AI-related skills: ability to work closely with product engineers, applied AI engineers, Subject Matter Experts. Ability to understand AI-driven workflows, and define requirements for agent-based features.
• User-centered design and discovery skills: proficiency in user research, problem framing, hypothesis-driven experimentation, and validating solutions with stakeholders.
• Business and communication skills: strong stakeholder management, clear written and verbal communication, and data-informed decision-making.
• Leadership and collaboration: experience mentoring product team members, driving alignment across functions, and influencing outcomes without formal authority.
• Relevant experience: several years in product management for B2B SaaS or workflow tools; experience in market research or analytics platforms is highly beneficial.
• Education and work style: bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, statistics, social sciences) and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site team environment in Bengaluru.
