Senior Product Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive key initiatives across Liminal's Wallet-as-a-Service and Custody platforms. You will be responsible for driving key product initiatives that enhance user experience, optimize business performance, and strengthen platform capabilities.

This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver high-impact features.
• Analyze customer behavior, usage data, and market trends to prioritize initiatives
• Depending on focus areas, responsibilities may include Improving transaction efficiency, security, or customer onboarding experience.
• Enhancing API usability, integration success, and developer experience
• Developing features that drive retention, revenue growth, or operational efficiency.
• Defining pricing and monetization strategies for B2B digital-asset services, including financial products like staking, trading, OTC, and yield strategies.
• Deliver comprehensive product requirement documents and designs, propose implementation plans, iterate based on feedback, and ensure timely product shipments.
• Establish metrics and key performance indicators to measure the success of your products

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in product management.Past experience of working on B2B enterprise grade products or Web3/ digital-asset products.
• Strong analytical & technical skills and the ability to prioritize features based on measured impact and effort.
• Experience working on APIs, payments, security, or enterprise SaaS products is a plus.
• You can bring at least one of the following.

a. Prior developer or deep technical experience.

b. Expertise in developer tools, SDKs, and API usability.

c. Experience in monetization strategies, pricing models for digital-asset financial products (staking, trading, OTC, yield strategies.

• Hands-on experience in digital-asset custody, enterprise deployments, and compliance
• tools.Strong drive for user experience and ability to simplify complex features.
