Why This Role Matters
KwikShip is GoKwik's strategic move into AI-enabled logistics - a critical pillar in our mission to reshape eCommerce fulfillment. As we move from early traction to scaled adoption, we need a product leader who can turn a promising platform into a category-defining logistics product. This role will drive strategy, execution, and growth - elevating KwikShip from 30 merchants to hundreds, powered by intelligence, reliability, and speed.
What You'll Own
- Build the next-gen logistics engine. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from strategy to launch to scale.
- Scale with intent. Define and execute a 1218 month roadmap focused on stability, reliability, and differentiation - taking KwikShip to mass merchant adoption.
- Optimize PMF. Analyze merchant behavior, delivery efficiency, cost metrics, drop-offs, and success levers to refine the product for rapid adoption and retention.
- Lead AI-driven innovation. Advance our courier recommendation engine, predictive delivery models, capacity planning tools, and RTO-risk intelligence - turning data into delivery advantage.
- Ship flawlessly. Own detailed PRDs, release cycles, courier partner integrations, platform health, reliability, and scalability across massive order volumes.
- Monetize at scale. Lead pricing, feature tiers, and monetization strategy to drive GMV growth, merchant LTV, and platform margins.
- Execute relentlessly. Operate hands-on, move fast with engineering and operations, and build a logistics product that merchants trust to scale.
Who You Are
- 5+ years in Product Management, including 2+ years as a Senior PM.
- A scale-stage PM with proven experience taking B2B products from MVP to rapid adoption.
- A strategic thinker who can zoom out to roadmap and zoom in to write precise PRDs.
- Comfortable in technical environments - APIs, integrations, WMS/OMS flows, and data queries.
- Fluent in data + intuition - strong SQL/analytics skills and business hypothesis-driven thinking.
- Cross-functional leader who moves teams fast and rallies engineering, ops, data science, and merchant success around outcomes.
