Senior Product Manager

The AI Pod ships across four lending initiatives at once. We need a senior product mind who can hold the cross-initiative roadmap, write specs that move work forward without ambiguity, and decide — in partnership with the

Tech Lead — when to buy from a vendor versus when to build in-house. You will be the pod's product conscience.

Responsibilities — building and delivery

• The cross-initiative AI roadmap across Voice (Collections + Customer Service), LAP, and Onboarding.

• Spec quality for every AI feature the pod touches. The spec is the source of truth for engineers, business PMs, vendors, and leadership.

• Vendor evaluation: design the experiment, define the success criteria, run the eval, make the call.

• Hand-offs and expectations with business PMs and engineering teams across Kissht. You make the pod a multiplier, not a bottleneck.

• The AI-first operating model on the product side. You document how good AI product work happens at Kissht.

• Work with the Tech Lead, and the AI Pod Lead, to define the working processes of the AI pod, and creating the guardrails for the processes.

What success looks like — first 90 days

• The cross-initiative AI roadmap exists, is shared with the rest of the product/engineering orgs, and is beingupdated weekly.

• You have written or reviewed every active AI spec across the four initiatives.

• One vendor decision has been made under your eval framework — either a clean go with a defendedbusiness case, or a no with clear reasoning.

What success looks like — first 180 days

• The pod has at least two AI features in production with measurable business impact.

• Other PMs at Kissht are using your spec template and eval framework on their own AI work.

• You have shipped one piece of the LAP operating-model playbook that another team has repurposed.

Must-haves

• 6–8 years of product management experience. At least 2 years on AI, or data-heavy products.

• Comfort with technical concepts: LLMs, RAG, eval frameworks, latency and cost trade-offs, prompt design.

• Excellent written communication. Your specs and decision memos will be read by leadership, product and engineering.

• Daily fluency with modern AI assistant and coding tools. This is a working assumption, not aspirational.

• Strong vendor-evaluation instinct. You can design a fair head-to-head between two vendors and defend the result.

• Bias for action. You decide and move with incomplete information, rather than waiting for full certainty.

• Proof of building. GitHub repos with real code are required — even for a PM. Side projects, hackathon work, or open-source contributions count. A polished LinkedIn alone is not enough.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in fintech, lending, or another regulated industry.

• Voice AI or document intelligence domain experience.

• Snowflake or SQL experience — useful for hands-on product analytics work.

• A side project or public artefact that shows you build, not just spec.
