Location: Bangalore

Years of Experience: 6–8 Years

About The Team And The Role

Swiggy Instamart is redefining convenience by delivering groceries and everyday essentials to millions of customers across India—within minutes. Behind this promise lies a complex, tech-driven supply chain that spans dark stores, warehouses, and an agile fleet network.

As a Senior Product Manager – Supply Chain, you will play a critical role in building the platforms and systems that ensure high product availability, fast order fulfillment, and operational efficiency. This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with engineering, analytics, category, and operations teams to solve real-world problems at scale.

You'll lead initiatives that optimize inventory, routing, fulfillment, and live operations - empowering Swiggy to deliver the right product, at the right place, in the shortest time possible

What Will You Get To Do Here

>Build and scale internal platforms for inventory planning, stock replenishment, and order routing across Instamart's dark store network.

>Design systems that improve fill rate, reduce stockouts, and enhance delivery SLA adherence.

>Work on forecasting models and tools to align real-time demand with supply availability.

>Collaborate with engineering to create high-availability APIs and platforms that power order fulfillment, warehouse tools, and fleet dispatch.

>Partner with Operations to streamline picking, packing, and slot allocation processes, ensuring speed and accuracy.

>Drive experimentation to improve key metrics like cost per order, store throughput, and last-mile reliability.

>Own the roadmap and success metrics for your domain—balancing short-term wins with long-term platform investments.

What Are We Looking For

>6–8 years of experience in product management.

>Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or quick commerce domains.

>Strong product sense with a proven ability to break down complex operational problems into scalable, tech-driven solutions.

>Highly data-driven—comfortable with SQL, dashboards, and working with analysts to derive insights and drive decisions.

>Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), OMS (Order Management Systems) or internal platform tools is a strong plus.

>Exceptional collaboration skills—you'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Ops, Analytics, and Business teams.

>Strong ownership, bias for action, and a passion for solving real-world problems at scale.

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by the law.
