About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword — it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

As a Product Manager working on our market-leading Multidomain MDM platform, you will have the opportunity to get involved in a ground-breaking data management and applications platform solving complex data management problems in the Cloud. You will interact with customers, partners and internal stakeholders to author product requirements and collaborate with talented peers to drive the implementation of compelling and differentiated products.

In this role, you must be able to work and adapt in a fluid, fast-paced environment with a demonstrated AI-first mindset — using AI to move faster, build fluency across the product lifecycle, and contribute well beyond traditional PM scope. You must have a proven track record in delivering experiences that delight users, and be comfortable being hands-on with complex technology, including modern AI-powered tools, with a keen understanding of how they can bring value to a diverse customer base.

You must have the ability to connect with and inspire others, sound product judgment, the ability to communicate product strategy and requirements, and the ability to present clear and measurable objectives that lead to achieving our business goals.

Day-to-Day Duties

  • Working with customers, partners and Informatica stakeholders to identify and clarify functional and non-functional requirements — leveraging AI tools to accelerate discovery, synthesis and prioritization
  • Writing high-quality specifications and communicating specific and actionable requirements to Engineering; using AI-assisted workflows (e.g., PRD drafting, prompt-driven spec generation) to raise the bar on quality and speed
  • Working closely with UX, Engineering and Documentation teams to drive product priorities and ensure the right functionality for an enterprise-class, industry-leading product
  • Designing and orchestrating complex product workflows where AI agents integrate seamlessly into cross-functional team operations, driving efficiency and innovation at scale
  • Being a subject matter expert on our software for customers, partners and internal audiences such as Sales, Presales, Professional Services and Customer Support
  • Developing materials and product demonstrations for field enablement, train-the-trainer, conferences, webinars and analyst briefings — with AI support for content creation and competitive analysis
  • Conducting regular competitor analysis, augmented by AI-powered research and summarization tools
  • Building and maintaining shared product context — an explicit repository of product principles, constraints, user insights and standards that enables AI to generate accurate, reliable and actionable recommendations
  • Managing the product backlog for specific product areas and ensuring the right functionality is delivered at the right time

Key Essentials

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience in an independent software vendor, working on enterprise applications
  • Demonstrated, genuine AI-first approach to product management — using AI tools across discovery, spec writing, competitive analysis and stakeholder communication
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs (e.g., user research summaries, PRDs, roadmap suggestions) for correctness, quality, alignment with business goals and user impact
  • Demonstrated skills in analysis, design, product development and planning
  • Ability to gather and prioritize requirements and author detailed requirements and functional specifications (submission of writing samples such as prior requirements, whitepapers, blogs or articles is encouraged)
  • Strong technical background with the ability to quickly develop deep product knowledge and communicate business value to the field and customers
  • Experience defining and delivering high-quality, production-ready product strategies and roadmaps using modern PM practices, with AI as a core part of the workflow — driving smarter prioritization, faster discovery and better outcomes
