Mission: Your goal is to transform studying into an immersive, AI-driven experience that students want to return to. You won't just be managing a roadmap; you'll be orchestrating the entire user's lifecycle to drive industry-leading Retention and Renewal rates.
Key Responsibilities: The Core of Your Role
As a leader in the engagement pod, your focus is on the Stickiness of the platform. You will manage a team to execute across these pillars:
- Multi-Cohort Strategy Design:
- K-5 (Skill Building): Develop high-trust, parent-gated interfaces and gamified reward systems that foster a love for learning.
- 6-10 (School exams/Tuitions): Bridge the gap between school curriculum and after school engagement using interactive modules and peer-based engagement triggers.
- 11-12 (Test Prep): Build high-velocity, high-utility tools for JEE/NEET aspirants where time-to-value and precision are the only metrics that matter.
- Product Delivery & Engineering Collaboration
- Work closely with Engineering & Development teams to understand existing systems, data flows, and technical constraints to ensure all engagement features are built on solid, scalable architecture.
- Own requirements end‑to‑end by writing high‑clarity PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, logic maps, and edge‑case documents, ensuring engineering teams have everything needed to deliver without ambiguity.
- Drive sprint execution and ensure timely shipping of high impact releases — work with engineering managers, QA, design, and content teams to plan, prioritize, unblock, and deliver features on time.
- AI-Native Product Evolution:
- Architect AI-driven Nudge Engines predicts when a student is likely to drop off and intervene with personalized content.
- Integrate LLM-based workflows to reduce friction in the learning journey.
- Full-Funnel Journey Mapping:
- Define the Golden Path for every user persona from Day 0 (Onboarding) to Day 365 (Renewal).
- Identify bottlenecks in the usage funnel and deploy A/B tests to optimize conversion at every milestone.
- Data Driven Approach & Impact Analysis:
- Evaluate how engagement features impact the Upstream (Sales/Marketing efficiency) and Downstream (Learning outcomes/Exam results).
- Ensure that increasing Time Spent doesn't lead to Burnout, maintaining a healthy balance between usage and actual learning progress for users.
- People Leadership:
- Lead a team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers, fostering a culture of data-backed experimentation and first-principles thinking.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Content teams to ensure the roadmap is technically feasible and pedagogically sound.
Expected Skills & Expertise
- Product Mastery:
- Expertise in Retention Loops and Behavioral Design (Hook Model, Gamification, and Nudge Theory).
- Ability to translate complex user psychology (parent vs. student vs. aspirant) into intuitive UI/UX.
- AI & Technical Depth:
- Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI to create personalized user experiences.
- Strong understanding of data architecture—knowing how data flows between systems to ensure accurate and in-dept metric-based tracking.
- Data & Analytics:
- Power-user of analytics and product marketing tools.
- Ability to conduct deep-dive cohort analysis and present insights that drive executive-level decisions.
Candidate Profile
- 7+ years in Product Management, with at least 2 years leading teams in high-scale B2C environments (EdTech, Gaming, or Consumer Tech).
- Education: B.Tech (CS/IT preferred) from a Tier-1 institute (IIT/BITS/NIT).
Behavioral
- Resilient & Adaptable: You thrive in the chaos of a growing company.
- Empathetic: You can step into the shoes of a 7-year-old and an 18-year-old in the same hour.
- Extreme Ownership: You don't just ship features; you own the outcome. You treat the product like your own company.
Problem Solving
- High Figure-it-out quotient. You treat every friction point as a puzzle, not a roadblock.
