Specifically, the Senior Product Manager will
- Develop and maintain a clear platform vision and multi-quarter roadmap aligned with customer needs, company strategy, and product portfolio priorities.
- Identify and articulate customer and stakeholder problems related to interoperability, data access, platform reliability, and AI-driven workflows.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis, particularly around AI-enabled legal technology.
- Lead structured discovery to validate problem statements and hypotheses with customers, internal users, and domain experts.
- Translate insights into clear, actionable requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and legal SMEs to define feasible, valuable, and usable solutions.
- Prioritize work using value, reach, effort, and risk criteria; maintain a transparent and coherent backlog.
- Drive cross-functional alignment during planning, scoping, and delivery; ensure teams understand the ï½whyï½ behind every initiative.
- Own release planning, documentation, and enablement for internal teams consuming platform capabilities.
- Shape platform capabilities that adhere to modular, API-first architectural principles with an eventual progression towards MCP-aligned service patterns.
- Define platform-level requirements for extensibility, reliability, and integration across internal products and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with engineering to translate architectural concepts into roadmap-ready product capabilities.
- Drive product decisions regarding where and how GenAI capabilities improve user experience, efficiency, and decision support.
- Collaborate with UX to establish GenAI/agentic AI interaction patterns such as copilots, conversational interfaces, guided workflows, and human-in-the-loop feedback loops.
- Evaluate emerging tools, model frameworks, and orchestration techniques through a product-value lens.
Experience
- 5+ years Product Management
- Experienced in Agile development
- Experience in Legal Industry or Legal Technologies is preferred

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- MBA is a plus
