About the Role

Berry Street's clinical operations -scheduling, charting, care plans, messaging, and insurance billing - currently run on a third-party practice management platform. As Berry Street scales its insurance-reimbursed dietitian network and takes on more AI based programs and GLP-1 patient support, we're building -

• Our own care platform
• Deeper patient experiences
• Better provider experiences

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own one or more of these surfaces end to end. You will define the product, sequence the rollout, and build a system our clinicians actually want to use.

Responsibilities

• Product strategy for the new platform - define what we're building: scheduling, clinical documentation/charting, care plans, secure messaging, and insurance eligibility and claims/RCM touchpoints.
• Requirements and PRDs for each workflow, grounded in how RDs actually practice today (shadowing, workflow audits, usage analysis of the current system).
• Provider and patient experience - the platform should be at parity or better for every workflow it replaces.
• Integration with our AI agent stack - build the platform as the system of record that our AI chatbots and other agentic tools read from and write to natively.
• Insurance/RCM workflows - partner with billing and revenue cycle stakeholders so claims-relevant documentation and eligibility workflows meet payer requirements.
• Rollout planning - sequence the launch across pods and manage provider onboarding so clinicians adopt the new system with confidence.
• Cross-functional alignment - work directly with engineering, clinical operations, RCM/billing, and the CPO to keep the build on track.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years owning a platform build end to end.

Required Skills

• Experience building and shipping alongside engineers with AI. Help us push how AI powered we are in our internal and customer facing workflows.
• A technical background - former engineer, technical PM, or equivalent depth. You should be able to go deep with engineering on data models and system architecture directly, not just write requirements and hand them off.
• Track record of shipping in regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA, insurance billing/RCM, fintech, or similar).
• Comfort owning ambiguous, multi-quarter builds - not just backlog execution on a defined roadmap.
• Excellent written and spoken communication - this role requires precise PRDs and clear stakeholder narratives and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders, vendors and clients in the US.

Preferred Skills

• US healthtech experience is preferred
• Prior experience at a digital health company with an insurance-reimbursed clinical service line.
• Familiarity with EHR/practice management platforms.
• Familiarity with payer claims/eligibility workflows.
• Experience designing for or alongside AI agents embedded in clinical workflows.
