JD: Senior Product Manger
- 812 years of experience in Product Management, Solution Strategy, or Consulting
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Value Chain Ownership
- Define product vision and roadmap for AI-driven solutions within a selected business value chain
- Identify high-impact use cases aligned to enterprise pain points and market demand
- Validate product-market fit through client conversations and pipeline analysis
- Ensure solutions are differentiated, scalable, and outcome-focused
- Establish measurable success metrics (adoption, revenue, margin, ROI)
2. End-to-End PDLC Ownership
Own and govern the Product Development Life Cycle across all stages:
Ideation & Discovery
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking
- Identify white spaces within the chosen value chain
- Develop initial hypothesis, solution concept, and business case
Definition & Planning
- Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Define MVP scope and phased release strategy
- Establish technical feasibility with engineering teams
- Define KPIs and value realization metrics
Design & Development
- Work closely with AI engineers to translate requirements into build-ready specifications
- Participate in sprint planning and milestone reviews
- Ensure adherence to security, AI governance, and compliance standards
- Oversee user testing and feedback loops
Lifecycle Management
- Track adoption, performance metrics, and customer feedback
- Drive continuous improvement and feature enhancements
- Manage version releases and roadmap updates
3. Alignment with HCLTech CTO team
- Partner with the HCLTech CTO organization to ensure the solution qualifies as an Industry Focused Repeatable solution-compliant offering
- Develop comprehensive product approval documentation including:
- Market size assessment
- Competitive landscape analysis
- Revenue pipeline potential
- Financial business case
- Value proposition for customers
- Strategic value to HCLTech
- Present to internal approval boards and respond to feedback
4. Go-to-Market & Marketing Collaboration
- Work with marketing teams to:
- Develop messaging and positioning
- Create collateral (brochures, solution briefs, case studies)
- Support launch campaigns
- Define target segments and industry positioning
- Contribute to analyst briefings and thought leadership content
Required Qualifications
- 812 years of experience in Product Management, Solution Strategy, or Consulting
- Experience working on AI-enabled or digital transformation solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise value chains (Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Ops, etc.)
- Proven experience building business cases and financial models
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and domain teams
- Exposure to hyperscaler AI ecosystems preferred
- Understanding of AI/LLM-based solution architectures
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow)
- Experience in building platform-based or reusable solutions
