Senior Product Manager – Growth (Enterprise & Government AI)The Mission

We're building next-generation AI infrastructure powering Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Speech-to-Speech (S2S), Text-to-Speech (TTS), multilingual Voice AI, Conversational AI, Voice Biometrics, and Contact Center Intelligence.

As our Senior Product Manager – Growth (Enterprise & Government AI), you will own the product growth strategy across both Enterprise (B2B) and Government (B2G) markets. Your mission is to identify high-impact opportunities, shape product strategy around customer needs, accelerate adoption, and transform pilots into large-scale deployments.

You will work at the intersection of Product, AI Research, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring our AI platform solves real-world challenges for enterprises and public institutions while driving measurable business growth.

What You'll DoProduct Growth Strategy
  • Define and execute product growth strategies for both Enterprise and Government customers.
  • Identify high-value AI use cases across industries such as Telecom, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Public Safety, Smart Cities, and Citizen Services.
  • Drive product adoption, engagement, expansion, and long-term customer retention.
AI Product Strategy

Own the growth roadmap for AI-powered products, including:

  • Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR)
  • Speech-to-Speech Translation (S2S)
  • Text-to-Speech (TTS)
  • Voice AI
  • Conversational AI
  • Contact Center AI
  • Voice Bots
  • Voice Analytics
  • Agent Assist
  • Real-time Translation
  • Voice Biometrics
  • AI-powered Citizen Service Platforms

Translate customer insights into scalable product capabilities and differentiated market offerings.

Enterprise & Government Product Discovery

Work closely with enterprise customers, government departments, system integrators, and strategic partners to understand operational challenges and emerging AI requirements.

Convert customer feedback into product requirements, feature prioritization, and long-term roadmap planning.

Pilot-to-Scale Product Adoption

Own the journey from pilot to enterprise-wide deployment.

  • Define product success metrics.
  • Monitor adoption and usage analytics.
  • Identify expansion opportunities.
  • Improve onboarding and activation.
  • Optimize product-led growth initiatives.
Data-Driven Growth

Leverage product analytics to understand customer behavior and optimize the user journey.

What We're Looking ForExperience
  • 6–10+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, AI Platforms, Enterprise Software, Cloud, or Digital Transformation.
  • Proven experience driving product growth from early adoption to enterprise scale.
Product Growth Expertise

Experience owning product growth metrics, including:

  • User activation
  • Product adoption
  • Customer retention
  • Expansion revenue
  • Product-led growth (PLG)
  • Go-to-market execution
Enterprise & Government Experience

Experience building products for enterprise customers or government organizations is highly preferred.

You don't need to build AI models but should be comfortable defining AI-powered products and communicating their value to technical and business stakeholders.

  • Strong product analytics skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven product decisions.
  • Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, customer research, and growth frameworks.
Stakeholder Management

Exceptional ability to influence cross-functional teams and collaborate with executives, enterprise customers, government stakeholders, engineering teams, and strategic partners.

Communication

Excellent communication, storytelling, product documentation, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex AI technologies for both technical and non-technical audiences.
