Role Summary
The Senior Product Manager for B2C Growth will be a strategic leader responsible for the repositioning and growth of our consumer-facing brands. This individual will act as a product head and conversion strategist, driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution to enhance brand positioning and accelerate revenue growth. They will lead cross-functional teams to deliver a superior customer experience and optimize the entire conversion funnel.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the new brand positioning. Define a compelling product vision and create a detailed product roadmap to achieve strategic goals.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Lead all CRO initiatives for the B2C brands. Analyze the entire customer journey, identify friction points, and implement data-driven experiments (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Provide actionable oversight and direction to the brand, marketing, content, creative, SEO, product design, tech development, operations, category, merchandising, post-order, sales, and customer service teams. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless execution of the product vision.
Customer Insights: Champion a deep understanding of the B2C customer. Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to uncover insights into consumer behavior, needs, and motivations. Translate these insights into actionable product features and improvements.
Performance & Analytics: Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for product and growth, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and churn. Use data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Growth Product Manager, or similar role with a focus on B2C e-commerce.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful product strategies and roadmaps.
- Strong expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
- Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred: Experience in the home decor or furniture e-commerce industry, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, and a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
