What You'll Do
- Build breakthrough AI products across Nykaa's ecosystem from conversational Search and AI fashion stylist to internal copilots for our internal teams.
- Identify, evaluate, and bring the right AI solutions and intelligence to Nykaa - combining cutting-edge models, data, and domain expertise to solve real business problems.
- Be a torchbearer for building an AI-native culture - champion experimentation, responsible AI adoption, and data-driven thinking across teams.
- Work with cross-functional squads of designers, ML engineers, and business leaders to turn ideas into high-impact, production-ready solutions.
- Drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-first features that enhance personalization, discovery, and decision-making.
- Define success metrics and measure the impact of AI experiences on engagement, conversion, and business outcomes.
- Stay ahead of the curve in GenAI, multimodal models, and applied AI product frameworks - translating cutting-edge tech into user delight.
What We're Looking For
- 38 years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce, consumer tech, or data-driven platforms.
- Must-have: Prior exposure to AI/ML products and a builder mindset you love shipping fast, iterating, and obsessing over outcomes, not just output.
- Strong analytical skills and a bias toward experimentation and measurable impact.
- Comfort working in fast-moving 01 environments with high ownership and autonomy.
