Role/ Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Gen AI
Function/ Department: Data & Analytics
Job Purpose
To lead and manage the technical advancement and integration of Generative AI projects within the bank, ensuring they align with the bank's strategic objectives, deliver value, and maintain the institution's leadership position in the banking sector of India.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Direct the design, development, and implementation of Generative AI projects, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic goals and objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Centre of Excellence for Generative AI and other bank departments, ensuring seamless communication and effective project collaboration.
- Assess project risks, anticipate challenges, and seek opportunities for improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI and fintech, ensuring the bank remains at the forefront of technological innovation.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, stakeholders, and partners in the Generative AI and fintech space.
- Coordinate with the IT and Security departments to ensure that all Generative AI implementations adhere to the bank's security protocols and standards.
Education Qualification
Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)/Bachelor of Commerce(B.Com)/Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA)
Post-graduation: MBA/PGDM
