Key Responsibilities:
Roadmap Management
- Prioritize the roadmap collaboratively, balancing new connectors, technical/process debt, and feature enhancements for existing connectors.
- Drive roadmap planning and execution with product and engineering teams.
Execution and Project Delivery
- Lead planning, scheduling, and tracking of connector request timelines and milestones.
- Manage critical connector requests hands-on, applying expert judgment to ensure timely delivery.
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration
- Partner with stakeholders across Product, Program, Analytics, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute the planned roadmap.
- Establish clear communication frameworks to align expectations, progress, and feedback.
Process Improvement and Innovation
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, recommending new systems or enhancements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Stay informed of product management and technology trends to drive innovation.
Performance Metrics and Analysis
- Establish and monitor health metrics for connectors.
- Use data-driven insights to make prioritization decisions and report on project success.
- Analyze the impact of changes or enhancements on existing connectors and proactively adjust the roadmap.
Skills We're Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role.
- Adaptable style and ability to work through ambiguity.
- Solid SQL and API knowledge.
- Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
- Expertise in prioritizing initiatives and balancing short-term needs with long-term scalability.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Analytical skills for research, process improvement, and decision-making.
- Ability to translate complex details into clear requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies, with a track record of delivering high-quality products.
- Demonstrated use of analytics, user research, and business cases to improve products and processes.
- Deep empathy for customers and customer-focused solution mindset.
