About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead Exotel's Billing & IPO Readiness charter, while also shaping our journey toward agentic, AI-first financial operations.
This is a mission critical role at the intersection of revenue systems, compliance, and next-generation product experiences. You will own the product strategy and execution for billing, usage metering, invoicing, pricing, and revenue integrity, while progressively transforming manual finance and operations workflows into agent-driven systems.
This role carries high ownership and high visibility, working closely with Engineering, Finance, Operations, GTM teams, and Leadership. You will operate in an environment where ambiguity is constant and chaos is a feature, not a bug. Your mandate is to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex finance workflows — and turn loosely defined problems into shipped, business-impacting products.
