What You will Do
Define and drive the roadmap for usage metering, invoicing, pricing, revenue recognition readiness, and financial operations.
Build scalable platforms that ensure billing accuracy, pricing flexibility, compliance, auditability, and revenue integrity.
Partner closely with Finance and Operations to support IPO readiness requirements.
Identify high-friction manual processes across Billing, Finance, and Ops and convert them into AI-assisted or agent-driven workflows.
Design products where agents can autonomously detect anomalies, reconcile usage, surface revenue leakage, suggest fixes, and trigger actions.
Work with engineering to define agent behaviors, tool usage, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop flows.
Independently define problem spaces, propose solutions, align stakeholders, and drive delivery end-to-end.
Remove blockers, resolve conflicts, and push decisions forward without waiting for perfect clarity.
Act as the product anchor across Engineering, Finance, Ops, Legal, and GTM.
Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record owning complex products end-to-end.
Ownership Mindset: Bias for action, accountability for results, and eagerness to solve hard problems with imperfect information.
Agentic Product Experience: worked on agentic workflows L designing systems where autonomous or semi-autonomous agents drive multi-step processes (e.g., anomaly detection, reconciliation, operational automation), with appropriate guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls.
Domain Strength: Comfortable owning financial systems such as billing, pricing engines, usage metering, invoice generation, reconciliation, and subscription models.
Collaboration: Skilled at working with engineering, finance, and operations teams to reach aligned outcomes.
Communication: Exceptional clarity and communication skills, able to explain complex ideas simply and influence diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience building or scaling revenue, billing, or financial systems at a SaaS or platform company.
Ability to learn revenue operations, contract terms, regulatory constraints, and financial reporting impacts of product decisions.
Exposure to usage-based pricing, metering logic, subscription billing, or ERP integrations.
Prior experience in high-growth environments or preparing core systems for external audit/IPO.
Play a pivotal role in shaping Exotel's core financial operations, a mission critical function as we scale.
High autonomy and leadership responsibility in a growing product org.
Solve meaningful problems that impact our customers and the company's long-term success.
A culture that rewards ownership, curiosity, and impact.
