Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Senior Product Manager. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, and aligning product strategies with business goals. The role involves analyzing market trends, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring successful product launches. The candidate will drive key initiatives to enhance the user experience and continuously improve the platform.
Qualifications
- Strong product management skills, including roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and product lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional environments.
- Proficiency in data analysis, metrics tracking, and using analytics tools to make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of user experience design principles and customer-centric product development.
- Experience: 4-8 years
- Education: B.Tech / MBA in Product Management, Marketing, or related
- Responsibilities Develop and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Conduct comprehensive market and competitive research to identify opportunities and threats.
- Write detailed user stories and manage product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features.
- Analyze product data and metrics to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and align expectations.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches.
- Map the customer journey to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with business objectives.
- RequirementsBachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or MBA in Product Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in product management or related roles.
- Proven experience in product roadmap planning, market & competitive research, user story writing, backlog management, data analysis, stakeholder communication, go-to-market strategy, and customer journey mapping.
- Ability to work in an office environment.
