Rebel Foods is the world's largest Internet Restaurant company. We own and/or operate 25+ brands such as Behrouz Biryani, Faasos Rolls, Wendy's Burgers, Honest Bowl, Sweet Truth and more. With 400+ cloud kitchens across multiple cities, we serve customers on our own digital platforms as well as major food-delivery partners.

Our technology stack is built entirely in-house — including D2C ordering experiences, consumer apps, operations platforms, supply-chain systems, and kitchen management tools. This enables us to build custom consumer experiences, simplify operations, and scale efficiently across our network. EatSure is our flagship D2C product for multi-brand food discovery and ordering.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of key conversion and retention journeys on the EatSure Android/iOS mobile and web apps and make them meaningfully better. These journeys impact high-frequency daily ordering behavior across millions of customers. This is an individual-contributor (IC) role reporting directly to the Head of Product for D2C.

You can expect to work across product areas such as:

  • Cart completion, payments, and checkout optimization
  • Loyalty, retention, engagement, and repeat-order behaviour
  • New D2C business initiatives and customer propositions
  • Membership, subscriptions, and lifecycle journeys
  • Occasion-based ordering experiences and large order fulfilment
  • Conversion optimization across the lower funnel

What You'll Do

  • Understand customer needs and behaviour via data, user research, and experiments
  • Identify friction points and opportunities across conversion, checkout, payments, and retention journeys
  • Co-own product strategy definition and create product roadmaps
  • Prioritize features based on impact and clarity of problem
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and design to build and ship high-quality product experiences
  • Drive improvements in key business metrics such as conversion, payment success, repeat rate, retention, and customer lifetime value
  • Run experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses
  • Define metrics, track performance, and iterate on outcomes
  • Collaborate with business, marketing, and operations stakeholders
  • Support the launch and scaling of new D2C products, customer propositions, and growth initiatives

Who We're Looking For

Experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on PM experience in consumer products (D2C, e-commerce, marketplaces, or mobile apps)
  • Comfortable with data, funnels, experimentation, and user-journey definition (experience of tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar a plus)
  • Experience in strong product environments (food-tech, travel-tech, e-commerce, or big tech) is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve product-management effectiveness across areas such as research, analysis, documentation, prototyping, experimentation, or day-to-day execution

Skills & Mindset

  • Strong customer-experience orientation
  • High ownership — ability to iterate, collaborate and see problems through
  • Clear thinking and structured problem-solving
  • Good analytical skills; familiarity with conversion funnels, dashboards, and A/B testing
  • Strong written communication

We're a product group with in-house engineering, data science, and design. PMs here work with autonomy and are encouraged to defend their product point of view. We work closely with business and operations teams to ensure we build digital products that translate into great on-ground CX and are economically sustainable.
