Key Requirements:

• 12–15 years of Product Management experience

• Expertise in RTM, SFA & DMS platforms

• Strong understanding of FMCG distribution ecosystem

• Experience in Product SaaS organizations

• Strong stakeholder & leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive product roadmap for RTM solutions

• Lead product innovation for SFA & DMS platforms

• Work closely with Engineering, Delivery & Sales teams

• Gather customer insights and shape product strategy

• Drive product execution and enterprise implementations

• Build and mentor high-performing product teams

• Collaborate with customers and leadership stakeholders
