Role Overview

We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-focused Senior Product Manager to lead product efforts for PW ECommerce initiatives. You will own and optimize end-to-end product purchase journeys and drive new product initiatives that support our growing business.

This role demands systems thinking, clear prioritization, and strong cross-functional leadership across tech, business, and design.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and execution across homepage, PLPs, PDPs, cart, checkout, and post-order experiences.
• Improve funnel metrics such as add-to-cart %, conversion rate, and repeat purchases.
• Build internal tools and dashboards to support catalog, inventory, logistics, and operations.
• Collaborate with supply chain, design, marketing, and category teams to ensure aligned product experiences and GTM rollouts.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of total work experience, with 4+ years in product management (e-commerce, B2C tech, or platform businesses preferred).
• Prior experience in e-commerce and/or edtech environments; familiarity with merchandising, logistics, and supply chain integrations is a plus.
• Strong understanding of user behavior in Tier 2/3 India and comfort designing for Bharat users.
• Excellent communication skills - capable of aligning diverse stakeholders across legacy teams, acquired brands, and central product pods.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and thrive in ambiguity.
• Strong analytical skills - experience working with GA4, SQL, Metabase, or experimentation tools.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and other product management systems.
• Experience with Shopify, GoKwik, Clickpost, or similar e-commerce platforms/stack.
• Bonus: Prior startup or founder experience.
