About The Role

We are looking for a strategic and impact-driven Senior Product Manager - Digital Design Project to lead the vision, roadmap, and performance of our digital platforms. This role sits at the intersection of product management, user experience, and growth, with a strong emphasis on delivering measurable business outcomes. You will own the end-to-end experience across our digital ecosystem including website, customer and installer tools, driving improvements in user engagement, conversion, activation, and revenue through data-informed decisions. Working closely with design, engineering, marketing, and business teams, you will ensure seamless execution and continuous optimization of digital experiences. What You Will Do

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for digital platforms aligned with business goals
  • Own key performance metrics such as website performance, lead generation, conversion rates, user activation, and revenue impact
  • Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, user insights, and experimentation (A/B testing, CRO)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, marketing, and business teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
  • Champion a user-first approach, ensuring intuitive and effective digital journeys
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear product initiatives and scalable solutions
  • Track and manage project execution through PLMs and internal systems, ensuring timely delivery
  • Continuously optimize digital products through iteration, testing, and performance monitoring

Who You Are And What You Bring


  • 6–10+ years of experience in digital product management, UX strategy, or growth-focused roles
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) and agile ways of working
  • Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes across conversion, engagement, and revenue
  • Experience managing web platforms, digital tools, or SaaS products
  • Solid analytical mindset with experience using data and experimentation to inform decisions
  • Ability to balance user experience, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams
  • Background in design, UX, or human-centered design is a strong plus
