Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Product Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with strong functional expertise in Cash Management products and Digital Banking Channels. The role involves supporting product strategy, solution design, and stakeholder engagement within Corporate Banking.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Product SME for Cash Management offerings including Payments, Collections, Virtual Accounts, and Liquidity Management.
- Provide functional expertise across Digital Channels such as Web, API, Host‑to‑Host (H2H), and SWIFT.
- Support product design, enhancement, and rollout initiatives aligned with business and client needs.
- Collaborate with technology, digital, operations, and business teams to drive product effectiveness.
- Support solution discussions, client engagements, and internal stakeholders with subject‑matter inputs.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in Corporate Banking / Transaction Banking products.
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of Cash Management and Digital Banking platforms.
- Ability to work as a product expert in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
