Job Description: Senior Product Manager-Cross Border Payments

Role Purpose
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager Cross Border Payments to lead the strategy, execution, and innovation roadmap for Pine Labs international payment capabilities.
The role requires a mix of domain depth, regulatory understanding, technical fluency, and a strong sense of ownership to drive impact across markets.
This is a high-visibility role that interfaces with multiple internal teams (Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Business) and external partners (banks, networks, regulators) to shape Pine Labs cross-border strategy end-to-end.
Responsibilities We Entrust You With
- Own the product roadmap for Cross Border and Multi-Currency Payments including acquisition, processing, and settlement flows for merchants.
- Develop and scale Pine Labs capabilities around international card acceptance, dynamic currency conversion (DCC), FX management, and multi-currency settlements.
- Partner with global payment networks, acquiring banks, and regulatory bodies to build compliant and differentiated offerings.
- Translate evolving RBI, FEMA, and scheme guidelines into actionable product requirements.
- Drive strategic initiatives on merchant settlements, fund flows, and reconciliation for international transactions.
- Lead competitive benchmarking across leading global aggregators and PSPs to identify feature gaps, differentiation opportunities, and innovation levers.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to deliver robust, API-first products with merchant-centric experiences.
- Define and track key product success metrics: adoption, transaction growth, revenue realization, and merchant satisfaction.
What Matters In This Role
- 5+ years of product experience, ideally in Fintech/Payments industry
- Work at the forefront of innovation in digital payments.
- Take ownership of high-impact projects that power online commerce at scale.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals solving real-world payment challenges.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with dynamic requirements and able to pivot recruitment strategies as needed.
