- 8+ years of overall professional experience in Automation
- At least 2 project execution experience as a Product Manager / Solution Manager in deploying Voice Bot and Chatbot application.
- At least 2 project execution experience as a Product Manager / Solution Manager in any of RPA Cognitive technologies (e.g., AI ML, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UI Path) highly desirable.
- Prior Development Experience knowledge on coding techniques will be an added plus.
- The knowledge or working experience with database like SQL Server, My SQL (preferred)
- Understanding of Cloud (AWS or Azure) and Proficiency of frameworks
- Expertise in JIRA confluence tools
- Knowledge of Telephony Systems like Auto dialers and switches.
- Knowledge of Contact Centre Domain and related applications and technologies
- Knowledge of KANBAN, Scrum and SAFe practices is desirable.
- Automation certifications like Automation Anywhere, UI Path, Blue prism, PEGA will be an added advantage.
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Hands on solutioning experience with Cognitive and RPA technology (Uipath /Automation Anywhere/Power Automate / MS SharePoint etc)
- Have complete ownership of the conversational AI voiceBot, involving multiple internal/external stakeholders.
- Formulate and execute the vision, strategy and roadmap for the voicebot, aligning this with wider strategic priorities set out in the business plan technology plan.
- Analyse, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.
- Quickly build market knowledge and assess new product opportunities for NLP.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in alignment with productivity and sustainability goals of the organization.
- Process mapping and identifying value additions benefits.
- Support discovery work for new problem/opportunity areas, collaborating with user experience design research (UXDR) and engineering teams to prototype and validate assumptions, ideas and experiments.
- Take active part in the development of cognitive RPA automation solutions and liaise with stakeholders to analyze business problems, clarify requirements, and define the scope of the resolution needed.
