Years of Experience

  • 812 years total experience in Product Management.
  • 5+ years in retail, CPG, D2C, or commerce tech

Key Accountabilities

  • Define and drive the CPG D2C expansion strategy across the MobiLytix portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain a structured CPG D2C use case catalogue spanning loyalty, decisioning and AI capabilities.
  • Identify platform and module capability gaps required to support retail and D2C growth.
  • Translate CPG growth requirements into clear, structured product inputs for Rewards, MRTM, Digital and Modernisation PMs.
  • Support lighthouse CPG deployments and capture structured market validation feedback.
  • Ensure vertical expansion aligns with platform abstraction guardrails and long-term cross-industry strategy.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to support retail positioning and value articulation.
  • Provide structured input into roadmap prioritisation without direct ownership of module backlogs.
  • Monitor retail and CPG engagement trends and translate insights into actionable product recommendations.

Mandatory Skills

  • 8+ years of product management experience within retail, CPG, D2C or commerce-driven ecosystems.
  • Strong experience of loyalty, engagement and consumer growth models.
  • Experience defining cross-channel customer journeys and personalisation use cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate across multiple product modules without direct authority.
  • Experience translating market and client requirements into structured product inputs.
  • Strong stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration capability.
  • Experience participating in enterprise solution workshops and structured implementation discussions.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with marketing automation, decisioning or loyalty platforms.
  • Exposure to AI-driven personalisation, recommendation engines or growth optimisation systems.
  • Experience working with commerce platforms or retail data ecosystems.
  • Experience supporting the launch of new vertical offerings within enterprise SaaS.
  • Exposure to telecom engagement ecosystems.
  • Experience working in global enterprise environments.
