Role Overview
We are looking for a senior product leader to own and evolve the platform that
underpins how customers access, manage, and govern our cloud.
This platform is central to every customer and service interaction including identity,
access control, billing, provisioning, and service lifecycle management.
The focus of this role is to bring consistency, scalability, and operational excellence
across the platform, and evolve it toward hyperscaler-grade standards.
What You Will Own
You will own the end-to-end product strategy and evolution of the platform across:
Identity & Access authentication, authorization (RBAC/ABAC), policy
enforcement
Account & Resource Structure organization hierarchy, access boundaries,
standardization
Usage & Billing metering, invoicing, cost allocation, and transparency
Service Access unified service discovery, activation, and lifecycle experience
Provisioning reliable, repeatable workflows for service and resource lifecycle
Platform Experience unified console, cross-service workflows, and global
search
Your mandate is to ensure these capabilities operate as one coherent platform, not as
independent systems.Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the next phase of platform maturity and scale
Establish clear platform standards across:
o Identity and access models
o Resource hierarchy and structure
o Service onboarding and lifecycle patterns
Improve platform consistency and reliability across all services
Drive measurable improvements in:
o Billing accuracy and transparency
o Provisioning speed and success rates
o Platform usability and adoption
Define and track platform-level metrics and SLOs
Partner with engineering to ensure:
o API consistency
o Scalable and resilient architecture
Work with enterprise customers on governance, compliance, and operational
requirements
What We're Looking For
Required
8 12+ years of product management or platform leadership experience
Experience owning or scaling cloud platforms, SaaS platforms, or large
distributed systems
Strong understanding of:
o Distributed systems
o Multi-tenant architectures
o Resource and access management models
Experience in at least two of:
o Identity and access management
o Billing, metering, or pricing systems
o Service provisioning or workflow systems
o Platform or developer experience Proven ability to standardize and mature complex platforms
Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering and business teams
Preferred
Experience at a cloud provider or large SaaS platform
Familiarity with API-driven platforms and service lifecycle systems
Experience with governance, compliance, or enterprise platform requirements
Technical background (engineering or equivalent experience)
