We are looking for a strategic, experienced, and results-oriented Senior Product Manager. This individual will play a critical role in defining product strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and driving the product roadmap to deliver impactful solutions. Responsibilities
- Develop long-term product strategies aligned with business objectives and market needs.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualisation through execution and post-launch analysis.
- Lead and mentor junior product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth product development and delivery.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by communicating vision and objectives clearly across the company.
- Lead in-depth market research to understand trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behaviour.
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for innovation by analysing market gaps.
- Own the product roadmap and prioritise product features based on business goals, customer feedback, and market demand.
- Ensure that products and features are designed to meet customer needs while supporting scalability.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development process, including setting timelines, managing resources, and ensuring quality assurance.
- Lead go-to-market strategy and product launch initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
- Define KPIs to track product performance and success.
- Utilise data and analytics to monitor and optimise product features post-launch, ensuring continual improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (e. g., MBA) or equivalent experience preferred.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven record of successful product launches.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a solid grasp of market analysis, customer insights, and product management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Ability to drive innovation and create solutions that align with user needs and company goals.
