We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who operates close to outcomes—not just outputs. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, owning products end-to-end and driving measurable impact.
You'll work with cross-functional teams to define product direction, ship high-quality solutions, and continuously refine based on data, customer insight, and market signals.
What You'll Own
- Define and drive product strategy aligned with business goals
- Own the product roadmap—prioritize what matters, not just what's asked
- Translate ambiguous problem statements into clear product requirements
- Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ship reliably
- Drive product discovery through user insights, data, and experimentation
- Track performance metrics and continuously optimize for outcomes
- Communicate product vision, updates, and trade-offs to stakeholders

What We're Looking For

- Ability to influence without authority across teams
- Solid understanding of product metrics, experimentation, and analytics
- Strong communication—clear, concise, and outcome-focused
Good to Have
- Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments
- Technical background or ability to work closely with engineering teams
- Exposure to 0→1 and 1→N product journeys
- Experience with data-driven product decisions and A/B testing
