Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who operates at the intersection of business outcomes, user insight, and execution discipline. This role isn't about managing backlogs—it's about owning problems end-to-end and driving meaningful product impact.

You will work closely with leadership, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to shape product direction, prioritize ruthlessly, and ensure what gets built actually moves the needle.

What You'll Own

  • Define and drive product strategy aligned with business goals and market opportunities
  • Identify high-impact problems through customer insights, data, and market understanding
  • Own the product roadmap with a clear focus on outcomes—not output
  • Translate ambiguous requirements into structured execution plans
  • Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality products at speed
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across stakeholders (business, sales, marketing, ops)
  • Measure success through clear metrics and continuously iterate based on learnings
  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term product vision

What You Bring

  • 5–10 years of product management experience, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments
  • Strong ability to break down complex problems and prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in owning products or features end-to-end
  • Deep understanding of user behavior, product analytics, and experimentation
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information
  • Strong communication—clear, structured, and outcome-focused

What Sets You Apart

  • You think in terms of impact, not features
  • You're as comfortable with data as you are with intuition
  • You challenge assumptions and push for clarity
  • You don't wait for perfect conditions—you move, test, and refine
  • You understand that product is a business function, not just a tech role
