Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Channel Manager to manage the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel. The role will focus on driving business growth through strong partner relationships, effective engagement strategies, and consistent performance management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for activating, and maximizing productivity of DSAs to achieve disbursal and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Development & Management
  • Build, onboard, and manage a network of high-quality DSAs.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with DSAs to ensure sustained business growth.
  • Identify and expand new DSA opportunities across geographies.
  • Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for DSA partners.
  • Strengthen engagement through regular meetings, reviews, and feedback loops.
  • Resolve partner queries and escalations in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with sales team pan India for driving engagement and performance
  • Business Growth & Disbursal
  • Drive loan sourcing and disbursal targets through the DSA network.
  • Ensure consistent pipeline generation and conversion.
  • Track productivity metrics and implement corrective actions where needed.
  • Incentives, Contests & Engagement
  • Design and execute incentive programs, contests, and campaigns to drive motivation and performance.
  • Manage and optimize partner payout structures aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payout processing.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analytics
  • Monitor DSA performance across key metrics such as sourcing, approval ratios, and disbursals.
  • Use data insights to optimize channel productivity and efficiency.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards.
  • Training & Enablement
  • Conduct onboarding and periodic training for DSAs on products, processes, and compliance.
  • Ensure partners are updated on new product launches, policy changes, and market practices.
  • Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure all DSA activities adhere to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
  • Implement checks to maintain quality sourcing and prevent fraud/mis-selling.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of DSA / channel sales models (preferably in BFSI/Fintech)
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Ability to design incentive structures and engagement programs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • High ownership and execution focus

Experience & Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of experience in channel sales / DSA management (BFSI preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving disbursal or revenue targets
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related fields
