Role – Senior Product Manager - Credit Card (US Market)
As the Senior Product Manager, you will own and lead the end-to-end product strategy and execution for our Card & Lending business. This includes managing the complete lifecycle of credit card and lending products—from customer onboarding, credit decisioning, disbursement, repayment, and ongoing account management.
This role demands a strategic leader with deep expertise in credit card and lending products, preferably in the US market, but strong experience in other geographies will also be considered. You will be responsible for building innovative, compliant, and customer-centric solutions that drive adoption, engagement, and profitability

Roles and Responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision for card and lending products aligned with company goals
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy to scale card issuance, lending, and management solutions.
Product Development & Roadmap
- Own the product roadmap for credit card and lending journeys, from onboarding to disbursement to repayment
- Lead prioritization of features balancing compliance, customer experience, and business impact
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features leveraging Agile methodologies.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct competitor mapping and market analysis specific to US credit card and lending markets
- Provide insights on industry trends, regulatory changes (e.g., CFPB, OCC, FDIC guidelines), and product positioning
Customer-Centric Decisions
- Champion a seamless customer journey across card issuance, credit line management, and loan servicing
- Conduct product demos and presentations for C-suite executives and client stakehold
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with engineering, design, compliance, risk, and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Act as a product SME, supporting sales, implementation, and customer support teams with product knowledge transfer.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Define KPIs (adoption, utilization, delinquency rates, NPS, revenue impact) and track product performance.
- Collaborate with data science teams on credit scoring, risk modeling, and portfolio analyt
Risk & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to US regulatory frameworks (CFPB, OCC, FDIC) and global best practi
- Identify and mitigate risks across credit card and lending product lifecycles.
Leadership
- Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer empa
- Drive release readiness activities including training, documentation, marketing, and client communications.
Desired Candidate Profile-
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related
- field.MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Experience
- 7–10 years of product management experience, with at least 3–5 years in credit card or lending products
- Prior experience in US market credit card/lending strongly preferred; global market experience acceptable
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycle in BFSI/Fintech
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of credit card lifecycle (issuance, onboarding, credit line management, repayment)
- Familiarity with lending journeys (secured/unsecured loans, line of credit)
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (CFPB, OCC, FDIC)
- Technical acumen in SaaS, APIs, and microservices-driven architecture.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Agile/SCRUM certifications preferred
