We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Specialist (Insurance) with sales focus to join a well reputed NBFC into Wealth Management. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the need-based sales of insurance products to our customers and working closely with our Wealth RMs to grow our insurance product portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the distribution and sales of insurance products
• Collaborate with Wealth Managers to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing ones
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop and launch innovative insurance products
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and ensure hassle free Login & issuance journey
• Train and support distribution Wealth Managers on our insurance product offerings and sales processes.
• Work closely with the marketing/Strategy team to develop and execute campaigns to promote our insurance products
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to Management/ backend Team

Experience Minimum 10 to 12 years of work experience in Life Insurance Sales or Insurance Vertical in Wealth Management Firm. This is an IC role. Driving Insurance business through Wealth RM's.
