We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and growth of our AI platform enabling intelligent, scalable, and secure products for enterprise customers. You will own the product vision end-to-end, driving roadmap alignment across data science, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, technical fluency, and executional excellence, balancing innovation in AI with operational rigor, enterprise-grade security, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business goals and customer needs.
- Translate company strategy into actionable product priorities, balancing near-term deliverables with long-term platform differentiation.
- Drive deep understanding of the market landscape, customer segments, and emerging AI/LLM trends to inform competitive positioning.
- Partner with leadership to define success metrics, pricing/monetization strategies, and business outcomes.
Feature & Platform Development:
- Conceptualize and deliver AI-driven, user-centric features that address customer pain points and unlock measurable value.
- Collaborate with UX research and data science teams to validate hypotheses through user insights and experimentation (A/B tests, pilots, feature flags).
- Author clear product charters, epics, and user stories, maintaining alignment across engineering and design.
- Translate complex AI and data concepts into intuitive user experiences and scalable platform capabilities.
Product Lifecycle Ownership:
- Own the full product lifecycle from MVP definition to global rollout and continuous optimization.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring features meet product, quality, and compliance standards.
- Define and track quantitative KPIs (adoption, engagement, retention, NPS, revenue impact) and drive data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to instrument product telemetry and ensure robust performance tracking.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, research, design, marketing, and customer success to deliver roadmap outcomes.
- Mentor junior PMs or associates, championing product excellence and decision-making frameworks across the organization.
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and experimentation.
- Partner closely with Technical Program Managers to align sprints, manage dependencies, and optimize delivery.
Go-to-Market & Customer Success:
- Collaborate with GTM and marketing teams to develop launch strategies, messaging, and collateral that communicate product value clearly.
- Partner with customer success and sales to drive adoption, retention, and upsell opportunities, ensuring customer outcomes translate into business growth.
- Engage with key customers and partners to co-develop solutions, collect feedback, and refine product strategy.
