Company- Appsoleut Games is a passion-driven, fast-growing mobile gaming studio based out of Gurgaon, India. Our MISSION is to soon become a leader in the mobile gaming industry, internationally. We develop vehicle-based games in the simulation, driving, and racing genres. Our games have made us proud by consistently staying in the Top 30 games in the Racing category in the USA and beating (momentarily!) Nintendo Mario Kart in Japan! We are a fun-loving, open-minded company and encourage our team to have a voice. We have a strong user base of millions and are now looking for a Sr. Product Manager to help us reach the next level.

Job Summary - As a Sr. Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our games, with a strong focus on revenue growth, user engagement, and monetization strategy.

You will work closely with design, analytics, UA, and engineering teams to build data-driven features, optimize in-game economy, and maximize both in-app purchases and ad monetization, while maintaining a strong player experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more game titles
  • Drive P&L ownership and revenue growth across global markets
  • Analyze user behavior, engagement, and retention to inform product decisions
  • Identify and prioritize features based on data, user insights, and business impact

Monetization and Revenue Ownership:

  • Design and optimize in-app monetization systems, including virtual goods, pricing, and offers
  • Own ad monetization strategy across formats such as rewarded videos, interstitials, and banners
  • Optimize key monetization metrics including ARPDAU, eCPM, fill rate, and LTV
  • Work with ad networks and mediation platforms such as AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, and IronSource
  • Run A/B tests to optimize ad placements, frequency, and pricing strategies
  • Balance revenue generation with user experience to ensure long-term retention

Experimentation and Live Operations:

  • Continuously iterate through A/B testing, experiments, and live ops events
  • Monitor feature performance post-launch and drive ongoing improvements
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to build dashboards and generate actionable insights

Game Economy and Design Collaboration:

  • Work with design teams to balance in-game economy and progression systems
  • Optimize virtual currency flows and pricing to drive monetization

Market Research and Collaboration:

  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for monetization and product improvements
  • Partner with UA, marketing, and community teams for go-to-market strategies and feature launches
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and analytics teams to ensure successful execution

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in mobile gaming
  • Strong understanding of mobile game mechanics, player behavior, and free-to-play models
  • Hands-on experience with monetization systems, including in-app purchases and ad monetization
  • Familiarity with ad monetization platforms such as AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, or IronSource
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Firebase, Appsflyer, Tableau, or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Experience running A/B tests and experiments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technology environment
