Role overview

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Product Manager / Scrum Mater (Telecom Domain) to lead functional design, delivery execution, and architectural alignment for enterprise telecom and MVNO solutions.

This role is critical in bridging business and technology, translating strategic business requirements into scalable, integrated telecom platforms across IT systems, billing, CRM, network operations, and customer lifecycle journeys.

The ideal candidate will combine strong telecom domain expertise, product ownership, Agile delivery leadership, and systems integration experience to drive large-scale Lead-to-Cash and Trouble-to-Resolve initiatives from discovery through delivery.

Key responsibilities:

1. Requirements gathering and functional design

  • Lead stakeholder workshops to capture and define Lead-to-Cash and Trouble-to-Resolve journeys.
  • Perform current-state vs. future-state gap analysis and define scalable solution approaches.
  • Translate business requirements into high-level designs (HLDs), functional specifications, user stories, and backlog priorities.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release management.

2. Systems architecture and integration

  • Define and oversee enterprise system integrations using Open APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Design data mappings, migration strategies, and integration workflows for telecom ecosystems.
  • Ensure seamless interoperability across CRM, Charging, Subscription Management, Order Management, Payments, Taxation, and Network platforms.

3. Product catalog and order lifecycle management

  • Design and manage telecom product catalog structures including bundles, pricing models, compatibility rules, and lifecycle governance.
  • Ensure end-to-end order management supports provisioning, fulfillment, and operational automation.
  • Drive scalable product and subscription frameworks aligned with business growth.

4. Delivery ownership and stakeholder management

  • Act as the key bridge between Product, Business, Engineering, Vendor, and Network teams.
  • Review technical and low-level designs to ensure alignment with functional and architectural intent.
  • Own execution timelines, quality standards, delivery outcomes, and cross-functional coordination.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, IT, Engineering or a related field preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in Product Management, Functional Design, Scrum Master, or Telecom Solution Architecture roles.
  • Deep telecom / MVNO domain expertise.
  • Experience with platforms such as Recurly, Stripe, XConnect (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of TM Forum frameworks such as eTOM and SID.
  • SQL proficiency for data analysis and solution validation.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably GCP.
  • Strong documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience with enterprise-scale telecom digital transformation programs.
  • Exposure to cloud-native telecom architectures.
  • Experience managing complex migrations, modernization, or multi-system integration programs.
  • Vendor and enterprise stakeholder management experience.

Must have skills:

  • Strong expertise in Telecom / MVNO systems, including CRM, Charging, Subscription Management, Provisioning, and Order Management.
  • Proven experience in Product Management, Scrum Master leadership, or Functional Architecture roles.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, Open API integrations, and telecom ecosystem architecture.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, Agile delivery ownership, and end-to-end execution capability.
