Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and drive enterprise digital products, and their AI‑powered features. This role focuses on product vision, roadmap ownership, user experience, and value delivery, working closely with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for digital platform initiatives
• Gather and refine business requirements, user needs, and product outcomes
• Translate product goals into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans
• Partner with UX and Engineering to deliver intuitive, scalable, and accessible solutions
• Lead discovery sessions, design reviews, and backlog grooming activities
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement using data, analytics, and user feedback
• Oversee delivery of AI enabled capabilities such as chatbots, AI search, and automation
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and leadership teams

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Proven experience owning digital products or enterprise platforms
• Strong understanding and hands‑on usage of AI tools (GenAI, ChatGPT, AI assistants)
• Experience working in Agile product teams
• Solid background in requirements definition, UX collaboration, and backlog prioritization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
