Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experiencedSenior Product Manager with over 10+ years of experience in Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) to lead the strategy, design, and execution of our smart energy solutions. The role involves overseeing the complete product lifecycle from concept and design to integration, testing, and deployment ensuring that our products deliver efficiency, reliability, and innovation in the renewable energy ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for integrated Battery and Energy Management Systems (BMS & EMS).

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, firmware, software, IoT, and cloud) to develop end-to-end energy solutions.

3. Translate customer and market insights into actionable product features and technical specifications.

4. Lead integration between BMS, EMS, and third-party systems such as PV inverters, EV chargers, and grid networks.

5. Oversee the development of core BMS functionalities cell monitoring, balancing algorithms, SOC/SOH estimation, and fault diagnostics.

6. Ensure interoperability and compliance with industry standards and communication protocols (IEC, UART, Modbus, CAN, MQTT, OPC-UA).

7. Manage the complete product lifecycle, ensuring reliability, scalability, and successful go-to-market delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical, Electronics, Energy Systems, or related field (MBA preferred).

2. 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with strong exposure to battery systems, energy storage, or renewable energy domains.

Solid understanding of:

1. Battery technologies (Li-ion, LFP, NMC, etc.)

2. Power conversion systems (inverters, DC/DC converters)

3. Energy flow control and smart grid systems

4. Industrial communication protocols (UART, CAN, Modbus, MQTT, OPC-UA)

5. Cloud/IoT platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, etc.)
