Position Summary: We are looking for a
Senior Associate, Product Management based in
Bangalore to drive the adoption, functional lifecycle, and business value realization of enterprise Generative AI platforms, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Anthropic Claude, across the organization. This role will partner closely with IT, technical support, business stakeholders, and vendor teams to enhance platform usage, integrations, and user enablement while ensuring compliance with healthcare data privacy and security standards. The individual will act as the voice of the user, managing enhancement backlogs, leading change management initiatives, and fostering a strong internal AI practitioner community. Success in this role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and a passion for enabling safe and effective AI adoption at scale.
About the Team: The role sits within the central IT organization, focused on enabling enterprise-wide innovation through Generative AI technologies. The team collaborates cross-functionally with technical support, engineering, security, compliance, and business leaders to maximize the value of AI platforms across the organization. The group is responsible for driving adoption, operational excellence, and responsible AI practices while ensuring alignment with healthcare regulatory standards. This is a highly collaborative and fast-evolving environment that combines technology enablement, user engagement, and strategic vendor partnerships.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise-wide adoption and engagement initiatives for Generative AI platforms, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Anthropic Claude.
- Build and nurture a network of AI champions, power users, and early adopters across business functions.
- Own and prioritize the agile backlog for platform enhancements, integrations, connectors, and workflow improvements.
- Partner with technical support and engineering teams to resolve user issues, access challenges, and platform escalations.
- Translate technical vendor updates and release notes into clear, engaging, and actionable communications for end users.
- Serve as a functional advisor to users by providing guidance on prompt engineering, model selection, and AI best practices.
- Establish feedback loops and track engagement, adoption metrics, token utilization, and platform ROI.
- Ensure responsible, secure, and compliant use of AI technologies in alignment with healthcare data privacy and regulatory requirements.
Additional Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with vendor account teams, including OpenAI and Anthropic, to align platform capabilities with business objectives.
- Support development and execution of change management and user enablement strategies.
- Create educational resources, newsletters, training materials, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions to identify high-value AI use cases and opportunities for automation.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging Generative AI capabilities to recommend platform improvements.
- Assist leadership with reporting, presentations, and executive-level updates on adoption and business impact.
- Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and responsible AI usage across the organization.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to enterprise AI governance and operational processes.
Expected Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Program Management, Enterprise Change Management, or related roles.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS products, enterprise platforms, or internal IT tools.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI ecosystems, including prompt engineering and AI model capabilities.
- Experience managing agile backlogs and prioritizing cross-functional stakeholder requests using tools such as Jira.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills with experience presenting to leadership teams.
- Experience working within regulated industries such as healthcare, with knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards.
