About the Role

This position is for a Senior Product Manager position. This is an opportunity to help scale a high-growth, fast-paced business redefining access to work around the world.

Responsibilities

• Building a clear vision, strategy, and execution path for your area of responsibility
• Working cross-functionally to collect and address the diverse needs of different product lines
• Leveraging all of the core PM skills you have honed to date to drive progress through the entire product development lifecycle
• Collaborating with a team of highly talented product designers, engineers and product experts to execute your vision and deliver exceptional results
• Balancing core product development with high-priority client escalations in a high-speed, remote-first working environment

Qualifications

• Product leader with 12+ years of experience, including 7+ years driving product management in fast-paced scale-ups and startups
• A background in HRMS is preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, leading initiatives and driving growth with minimal supervision
• Strong operational & negotiation skills to drive seamless stakeholder management
• Strong understanding of both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, ensuring the product delivers seamless and intuitive experiences
