Job Description:-

Minimum of 810 years of experience in PLM systems analysis, implementation, and management. Proven experience with FlexPLM, Windchill, Thing Worx, and CAD systems (e.g., Creo, Solidworks, Freeform, Artios Cad). Strong background in business process analysis and system integration within the product development lifecycle.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Cultural Awareness: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage teams across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with large-scale PLM transformation or system implementation programs within CPG/Retail industries.

Understanding digital thread, digital twin, or model-based enterprise concepts.

Exposure to Agile delivery models and tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT functions.
